We Are Diffs dispatch orders Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. All items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days if paid for before the specified cut off time and/or from receipt of clear payment, or at the latest the following day with exception to weekends. E.g. if you purchase an item on Saturday it will be dispatched on Monday.
All orders are dispatched via signed for services unless otherwise stated. Most small items are sent via Traxs APC overnight and larger items via courier.
Due to the majority of items being shipped via signed for services customers must be aware that they need to make arrangements to take delivery of their orders. Any orders returned due to failure of the customer not being available to take the delivery will be charged to the customer according to the costs incurred to us shipping method used.
Orders must be checked at the time of delivery for damage before a signature is given to the courier. As if not, the insurance cover provided by the courier company is invalid.
All our UK postage and packaging charges shown on our listings are for UK mainland delivery addresses only. If an item needs to be delivered to a non UK mainland address, a postage quote must be requested before a purchase is made. If an item is purchased before a quote is requested, the buyer of the item will have to pay the difference in postage price before the order can be shipped.
International deliveries we do not do at the moment
International deliveries the surcharge will be added on to the total price. This is because the units will not be returned. If the unit is returned the surcharge will be refunded back to you.
Please be aware that the following destinations will incur extra shipping charges by the courier companies used: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Norway, Malta and all Islands in general.
Extended area zone charges may also be charged if the delivery of an order is to be made to what is classed as a remote area.
All delivery information provided by the customer must be up to date and in full. E.g. Full name and business name (if applicable), address, post code and a valid contact number (preferably a mobile) must be given for all orders.
